I've used turbotax for years now and I have no issues. The amount of fees attached and the constant barrage to get me to upgrade is kind of annoying but we only see each other once a year so really it's not that bad. Other than that, you guys rock!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

I've really liked the system and cross my fingers everything should be good. It's saved me more than 50% over filling in an office with a major brand. The ability to pull data from ADP and major brokerages is amazing!
