Easy to file

Easy to use an follow for the most part, I would think that with all of the AI now available. The help feature should be much helpful than the regular text prompts provided. There should be some interaction so users are able to ask questions on topics that are very confusing.

I began to use this product when my accountant was no longer able to continue processing my returns annually. I find the product easy to navigate offering me confidence is the accuracy of processing.

Turbotax online version sucks

I love using Turbo Tax and knocking it out at the comfort of my own home. The application makes it really easy to complete and asks you so many questions to help get you the best refund possible. Highly recommend!
