this is our first time use the online turbo tax. i especially like the AI feature which explained a lot of questions i asked during the prepairing. i will continue to use online turbo tax and hopefully it will be more advanced next year.

good product - but glitched

great product but had an issue getting a 2024 product for my brother in law - the order got stuck, refunded and they ocudn't provide proof so now we're stuck in limbo

Needs work, sucks as bad as it did a decade ago

Can’t read uploaded PDFs correctly. Doesn’t have explanations for each choice, especially in the context of tax language. Changes amount of refund without explanation. Underpayment for state was added without proper explanation. Links to locate tax payments were not accurate from previous year. This should not have been asked since we uploaded last year’s return.
