Use the free software that is backed by the government. Turbotax was good, now it is looking to get more from your refund than to give back to you in my humble opinion. Do your own research on other programs. Not financial advice.

you charge more online but gave less help, not right for people with an older computer. You would not give me step by direction when I needed help.

Great but still needs work

when reviewing income, the review items are glitchy. Also when dividend income was being updated the items didn't update and had to be deleted manually.

New lay out combersum like old program better.
