Turbo Tax is just OK

I would have liked to see my tax return at various stages in the process. I did not like going out and finding the forms after the fact. Sometimes it is nice to see the amounts on the lines on the form as you're putting the info into the system.

Bring back desktop

this version doesn't explain things . I muche prefer the desktop version that you did way with. after 31 years of using turbo tax desktop this was a horrible experiance. Not all information from last year was imported to this year

A good product!

Found it to be easy to follow and accurate. Since it was my first time using the online program, I was a bit confused at the filing stage but my questions were answered by the AI agent. I did have an issue with state return starting over each time I walked away for a minute rather than resume where I left off. Ultimately, I had to go all the way through without stopping. Also, it would be nice to be able to look over the return prior to the filing steps rather than after (that was a little uncomfortable). All-in-all, a good experience. I would use it again.
