Surprise extra costs!

I appreciated how things were explained and made easier, but what was terribly unfair was to add costs out of nowhere at the very end. You initially asked for a certain amount, not cheap at all for the do it yourself version btw, to be paid for the service, and then added 64 more dollars for god knows what, PLUS tax. and THEN i had to pay what i owed the IRS too. I'll be looking to file elsewhere in the future.

It was a very smooth, helpful, and accurate way to complete taxes. It had tons of features to work with including AI assistants. The interface was really smooth, and provided tons of support.
