The worst version to exist

Turbo tax has become the worse version it hs ever been. After this year I do not plan to reuse the service ever again. The prices are not accurate, you force upgrades that users can't get out of, you input false information on my return delaying me by over a month for files that do not exist. The worst experience I have ever had in my 5 years of service with turbo tax. I will never recommend your service to my friends and family again

Everything went well and fairly quickly. Layout and forms were very easy to navigate and complete. The guidance provided in the forms helped me understand topics quickly.
