Turbo Tax made tax filing not so daunting.

TurboTax made tax preparation organized and easy for the nonprofessional such as me. It helped me find resources to questions that I encountered along the way. The whole process was very understandable and gave us tips on what we may do differently to better prepare for next tax year.

Turbo Tax easy to use.

The online version seems a bit more user friendly than the CD version.

Works Well, Prefer Desktop

online seemed more difficult than desktop. Hopefully next year will be easy to switch back to desktop. Hopefully Intuit will give users the easiness to switch back.
