Taxes still take a long time

Don't get PINned!

I purchased the desktop version. I was offered the online version "for free" but initially could not access the website using Safari with my Norton internet protection software. The interface was familiar, and I completed the returns and attempted to e-file, but that attempt failed because my Identity Protection PIN wasn't entered (I don't think I was prompted to do so). When I attempted to fix this, I ended up trying to insert the 6 digits into a DIFFERENT ('self-chosen') PIN. After abandoning this, I went to the online version using a different browser and was successful (at least so far). The interface was new to me, but "cute" and user-friendly. I was presented with additional opportunities to enhance the income of Intuit along the way.

Another Year Done

There were some confusing parts but other parts gave good explanations to help get through. This was the first time doing it online and, after a few questions, it went very smoothly. I'm always nervous that I didn't understand something or answered a question wrong, but TurboTax helps me feel more confident.
