Specific Features vs. Better Alternatives

The Interface and Features are functional, but they exist because the company spends millions to ensure a simpler government system doesn't exist. The Accuracy of the software is fine, but the Support for the American taxpayer is low because the company lobbies against the IRS Direct File program. While the Compatibility with various tax forms is high, the cost of these Features is an unnecessary burden forced on us by corporate influence. This product represents a paid solution to a problem that other countries have solved for free.

Very poor search features for transactions. Need a lot more features for analysis of investment transactions and logging.

Lost all my progress on expenses when I stepped away, the ai tool trys to navigate you somewhere, but that thing it suggests doesn't exist. There needs to be a "skip if already answered" option, I had to answer the same questions and now as I'm typing this it's randomly deleting letters as im typing
