Turbo tax was helpful in identifying tax breaks. The system was able to process docs through my phone making it very easy.

STOP WITH THE CONSTANT UPSELLS YOU CORPORATE HACKS

The constant upsells and add-ons you are shoving down our throats is absurd. The default tax filing option includes sham services like having a "paid expert" review my taxes. You have to find the tiny little button to select another option that's cheaper and allows you to file yourself. Just gross exploitation of user interface tricks to get people to pay Intuit more for stuff they don't need. Shameful! Also, I navigated away from the checklist one time to try and find my old state tax return so I could input a number from a previous return, just to navigate back to the checklist and have to go through ALL of the state portion yet again.

The process was so smooth and it was easy to find answers if I was confused. The ads to upgrade to the Max plans and all the add-on plans was annoying because I had to answer the same upgrade questions numerous times. Once at the end and once at the beginning wouldn't be so bad but in the middle too? It was a bit much

Annoying IT Department

Too much time wasted with useless questions. When customer states "Standard Deduction" there is no need for anything else. It's vastly irritating, wastes time and raises blood pressure.
When customer already has an account, filling it in again is really a time waster and honestly, demonstrates your IT staff isn't the brightest bulb in the circuit. Show filed information and ask if it needs to be changed.
Page display sizes are inconsistent. I've done better with an HTML manual open next to me and fat-fingering the code. Scrolling back and forth across the width of the page is in-excusable. It's VERY BAD FORMATTING.
FWIW, I use Firefox. It's not as if nobody uses it. Learn to code for it, millions of others can, your firm should be able to also.
