prefer the desktop version over online

This is the first time using the online version after always using the desktop version. I felt this version was more constraining, difficult to navigate to the sections I wanted to work on, difficult to see the form views.

TurboTax sucks on Windows 11

Last year was wonderful on Windows 10. The requirement to use Windows 11 has mase a completely different (and not in a good way) experience.

Much Better than expected

I would give it 5 stars but I don't know where to get a copy of my tax returns for my records. Better than expected. Normally, I use the desktop version but TT no longer supports Windows 10 :(,
