TurboTax can be improved

Not sure I liked the online version very much. I had to work way too hard to find where to put in the estimated taxes I had already paid as it didn't guide me there automatically.

my dividend files were duplicated and it took me hours to get fixed , also i did online this year and i was not able to review forms, did not like that

Does the job but is still a bit confusing

pretty simple, but it's still confusing often on what I qualify for and what I don't. Definitely weird that it didn't ask me about all my income before moving on to expenses and deduction. I found it quite odd I had to go back and forth so much.
