I've been using TurboTax for many years. It gets better every year. It gives me lots of options and guides me through the process. It answers any questions I may have as I go along, in easily understandable terms. It helps me to double check everything to avoid (or correct) any errors. I'm very pleased with TurboTax products.

ALWAYS EASY TO DO MY TAXES WITH TURBO TAX AND HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 20 YEARS !

Turbotax really SUCKS!!!! It used to be better, but now it is more painful than pulling teeth.
I lost count of how many times I had to repeatedly put in the same info!
Bottom Line: I am done with this horrible (NON) service!!!

It is a learning experience which is challenging, but it went well! The hardest part was getting my IP code from the IRS/ID.me! Additionally, I would suggest you have an opening statement detailing what has changed from the year before so we are ready for the new wrinkles so we have not gone to the trouble of pulling unnecessary information or go looking for something we think might be missing but is not.
