TurboTax Made Me Feel Confident

TurboTax made me feel sense of comfort as I navigated the different tax sections. I felt confident and secure in preparing my taxes, and when I did not understand something, the "Help" section explained concepts to me in a simple and informative manner.

Filing taxes should be free and automatic

The software is fine, but i hate the fact that this company exists. Filing taxes should be free and automatic. This company lobbies to block us from making taxes easy. TURBOTAX SHOULD NOT EXIST.
