It was easy to use. I would like the feature that allows you to look at the forms. Makes it easy when correcting errors.

Thank you for the feedback! We’re constantly refining the platform to ensure it’s simple and easy to navigate, no matter how complex your tax situation might be.
I usually use the per item for donations of clothing, furniture, etc. and I did not see that option with the online version that I used for 2025 taxes. I guess it is OK to not go item by item, but I wonder why it is less granular in 2025 than 2024. Otherwise it seemed to work well. Usually I have more errors too (in review), this time much less errors that needed to be fixed.
Took long time to finish. First submission reject because of error in recording data.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

I moved from VA to NYC in 2025 and no matter how I allocated my income or number of days, the New York State Income Factor would not change from near 100% down to the accurate percentage around 50%. I therefore was forced to pay $2,535 in state taxes that I did not owe in order to file my return on time. I tried everything to allocate correctly.
