TurboTax was very assement

Turbo Tax is very thorough and consistently requires accuracy. It did take a fair amount of time, but hopefully the end result will be success. We will use next year!!

we have used Turbotax for years. it is our go to for doing our taxes. it is easily understood and has the important information to answer questions. you are also able to get expert help if needed.

Improving but not perfect

There was a section where i had to circularly review seven times before continuing wihout closure. If there is a circular review, give more information or change the prompt.

Great Support - Don't Like Web Version of Product

Courtney from Support Team was amazing. Very helpful for last minute help.
You required users to use web version if they don't have Windows 11. This is awful as most people don't have Windows11 and its just your way of forcing people to use web version. I have used desk top version for over 10 years, didn't like web version. Will be last time I use Turbo tax.
