Good product. The 1098-T section could use some rewording for clarity. It was confusing and caused additional research by me. I spoke to a representative and she was helpful.

The process was relatively easy. All numbers were accurate to the best of my knowledge. I did not have any technical problems with the program. I had a problem with taxes being paid to the wrong state but TurboTax was able to figure it out. Overall a positive experience.

Vague answers to questions

While overall it works pretty well, I think the answers to questions when I have them are pretty vague and you a constantly being asked to upgrade to get better answers. With the state of Ai today, TT should be able to do a better job of answering questions.

This makes filing taxes a breeze. It allows me to look and see what could possibly make more money that I was not aware of. I have used Turbo tax for many years at least 20 and will continue to do so.
