Turbo Tax Used to be Good

Easy to use. As accurate as the preparer is. I wish topics that don't apply, such as credits that aren't available due to income level would be auto-skipped.

Turbo Tax was good

I still prefer to have a hard copy to be downloaded to my computer instead of just online because its harder to access, when I need to go back and look something up from previous years or just to have. Love using turbo tax otherwise but this years was a little harder to navigate without someone helping me
