Better than going it alone

I must have had the cheap version. It didn't ask me about estimated taxes that I paid for 2025, nor did it ask me about carryover capital losses. I had to hunt for these. But using turbo tax was still far better than doing the whole thing myself

Gacha Game in a Financial Application

Do not like the online format. Do not like the constant pushing to purchase upgrades and services from Intuit. Feels like it's part gacha game in a financial application. Felt like Intuit was trying to trick me through the entire process to spend more money on them. Preferred the desktop version when it worked on Windows 10. Online version is unjustifiably much more expensive than desktop version and also tries to push you down their preferred lanes to spend even more money on them. They have lost my trust. Very unlikely to use Turbo Tax next year.

Interface easy to follow

It was very easy to navigate the software. Even when I didn't have certain items easily accessible, the software told me where I could locate them elsewhere. Very helpful.
