Good product, allows plenty of time to enter al tax information. Appears to accurately calculate the tax refund amounts

This was the easiest version to work with that you have issues the accuracy of the downloaded information that Brokerage Firms presented matched perfectly with little or adjustment required. Great Job!

Couldn't have done it without AI assistant. However, some words in instructions did not match words in the TurboTax interface. Took me too long to figure out capital gains without a 1099-B because of this.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

User interface very easy to use and understand. I could move back to review previous data. It has great support features with buttons to show frequently asked questions. I feel my return was accurate. Guidance through topics was helpful.

easy and efficient

During filing I needed support and I called the tax expert line and was able to get answers to my questions. It was easy, efficient and very not scary.

miserable experience trying to download TurboTax

I wanted to download the software to my laptop, but after an hour of being asked for information that was not accessible, I finally gave up and used the online version. I hope the download process is improved for next year.
