What the heck

It is annoying how much your service costs and if I am not on my toes, you would be adding additional costs to me. I did not ask for expert advise, but I was charged. I had to resubmit - but that is frustrating to people. I appreciate the 20% discount, however, I have been doing this for years with Turbo Tax.

Docs don't delete! System caused payout 2B TRIPLE!

System does NOT completely erase documents when requested. This caused my documents to be counted twice distorting amounts. Had to delete all manually, log out & log back in to begin again.
TT is far too EXPENSIVE to have such a clear & dangerous flaw.
Has gotten so expensive, I will be using an accountant next year.
