Turbo Tax 2025 is frustrating!

I have used Turbo Tax since 2015 and found this year to be the most frustrating! Not sure what you did to your program but I constantly had to reduce the size of the page to find the continue prompt. Never had the problem in the past and I am using the same laptop with the same Windows program.

TurboTax has become garabage

Zero stars! Your entire format has changed from being easy and lineare to navigate. It ran me in circles for hours and was literally going to let me file my return without even entering my W2 information. This platform now sucks and I will not be be using his application next year.

We have used Turbo Tax for years. It makes filing easier and we highly recommend it. we appreciated that an online choice was available when our computer was not new enough to run the software.

Takes forever and does not inspire confidence

You cannot have multiple windows open, which makes it very hard to do state taxes consistently with federal, especially when multiple states are involved. Product should enforce reconciliation between multiple states for partial year residents. Finally, need more explanation behind numbers presented for state allocation.
