Have used Turbo Tax for years.

Turbo tax is super easy. The program features are generally self-explanatory, but offer explanations if subject is confusing or unknown. Support is always available.

Needs to be better integrated with AI

Definitely needs to be better integrate with AI!!! Many times I have to use chatgpt to double check things. Why could INTU just integrate their products better with AI? didn't they realize how much the stock has been damaged?

I HATE IT more each year

I hate TurboTax more very year. It's become nothing but a constant, cloying, desperate sales pitch. Some review items don't work. It got stuck on the "upgrade" page 5 times! The payment page appears to charge a hefty fee for direct deposit to a banking account, but until you click through with an "I don't care attitude" because you don't want to sign up for their stupid Credit Karma, you don't see it was an empty threat. Because it's probably illegal. What a crap corporation and an ever-declining product. Just junk. Garbage. Grasping, desperate. Every time you try to just get through your stinking tax filing, it's like constantly being pestered by an annoying jerk on the corner going "psssst...wanna buy a Rolex cheap?" Grrrrr.

This was extremely difficult and time consuming. I was also forced to buy the higher priced version when I didn't sell stock. Too many fees. Almost the same price for an accountant and I wouldn't have had hassle.

got errors many time.. i was not able to import tax documents from last year. Many times i got the error while updating the information.. only i can recover is close window and relogin.

Had hard time connecting to a live agent. but once I got connected to a representative. she is very helpful and get everything resolved.
