Desktop would have been better

I would have preferred to use the desktop app, but since Windows 10 isn't supported that's not an option. Other than that, it was fine.

Difficult for K-1 filers

TurboTax still hasn't made it easy for K-1 income filers. This year its logic totally missed that I paid estimated federal taxes and estimated state taxes. It failed to inform my that I should have entered my donations because it would have reduced my Massachusetts tax even though it was irrelevant to my Federal tax, and the didn't provide an easy way to do it on my Massachusetts tax forms. There is no Statement choice for the K-1 boxes to enter line specific Statement info. Need to remember leave box 20 blank to pull up the specific line item interface. Come on. Same error after 5 years and counting.

Ease of Completing Tasxes using Turbo Tax

This was the first year I completed my tax return using the Online version of Turbo Tax. I was extremely easy. Much easier than I thought it would be. Thank you.

TurboTax is TERRIFYING!

Was really frustrating to find out where TurboTax was pulling data from. When I went to pull data from Frost Bank, it said that I had income of $500k! I've never seen that much money in my LIFE!

for around the last 8 or so years I have been using turbotax on my home computer (windows 10) so now i was locked out because I did not have windows 11 software. I have been using TT almost from it's beginning. Not happy I had to use the on-line version. It still worked out, I do not like that I have to buy a new computer because you do not support w10.
