It really sucks

Forcing me to file online because you choose to not have a windows 10 version is outrageous. I have used turbo tax for over 10 years. Plus you charged me twice for the software, first when I bought the download verions and again when I was filing the online version. I WILLNEVER USE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN~!!@

It was a new learning curve from desktop to online, but I assume next year it will go much easier.

I have used TurboTax ever since it's been around and I have no intention to change. It has gotten easier every year, no matter how much more taxes have gotten complicated.
