Avoid at all costs

This is awful. You are forced to pay for extra features and throughout the process there are redundant questions about my income and identity that are already known by Intuit. This info is also on all of my tax forms that were uploaded, why am I repeatedly asked the same questions?

Online version lacks same elements as desktop

with the online version, there isn't a dropdown menu with your in progress tax forms. In the past, I've always used that menu to view my entries on the actual tax forms. With the online version, you don't see your forms until the very end.
