TurboTax makes state taxes difficult.

There's no reason that filing state taxes needs to be as unhelpful as it is. I would really appreciate if, I'm going to have to pay $100+ for state taxes, if TurboTax would actually do the work to make filing state taxes not as complicated.

turbo tax website was not up to date

Super Meh, will be going back to Desktop

I did not like the experience compared to the Desktop version. It is difficult to skip around in the online version. There is no way to go directly to the form, if there is it wasn't obvious and the AI assistant was useless. Adding items from Let's Deduct It in desktop was easy. Online, there was a search box that 100% of the time could not find what I had donated.
