Will never NOT use TurboTax

I have used Turbo Tax to file our returns for over 10 years. It takes the stress out of filing. The process is quick, easy, and accurate.

Turbo Tax Premier is Amazing!

I had a lot of stock transactions that had to be listed individually because they needed to be coded on schedule D. I was able to transfer the necessary documentation from my broker and Turbo tax took care of everything. I only gave it 4 stars because: 1) I couldn't find the loss carry forward input section where it was supposed to be and 2) after changing my mind from mailing my taxes to e-filing them, I couldn't find anyplace that would let me do this. The help feature gave me a link to input the carryforward info and it gave easy to follow instructions to change filing method (I had to pretend I was adding a new state return), but I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out before using help.

Turbo Tax is indeed awesome

Filing with turbo tax is so easy and I love that they import things from last year so I can compare them. The linked accounts feature is also super handy and makes filing that much easier.

Good product, but here are some suggestions

Generally the process was very good. The process for getting back to my returns (i.e. having to select "Add a State") seems very non-intuitive. Perhaps make that access a little more obvious.
Also, I have had to paper-file my Indiana state return forms rather than use the e-file process. Neither the desktop version nor the online version included a copy of the IT-41 K-1 form (our only income source for Indiana) needed by Indiana department of revenue. A process to upload that form into the system for inclusion with the e-filed return package would eb a big help.
