The on line version was not as good as the desktop and considerably more expensive. Particularly annoying was the upsell to Premium for basic capabilities available in the Desktop version of Deluxe. Unfortunately my PC can't upgrade to Windows 11. Next year I'll look seriously at other options.

Love to upload my stock sales and dividends

Last year I filled using HR Block , I have to enter one by one my stock transaction , now I was able to upload all the data , from the sourcer , and cost me relative nothing vs cost me las year , and with less work

Stop trying to upsell and let me do my taxes

The program itself is good and easy to use but the repeated prompts to upsell are incredibly annoying. If I said no once, respect it and don't badger me about it repeatedly.

Where are the previous years returns?

This year turbo tax required information from last years return, which I did not have... but they should have since I have done my taxes on turbo tax for like the last 5 years... Very aggravating... had to get on the IRS website to retrieve the information before I could file my return!!

The online version needed work in the beginning.

Very difficult and awkward to use in January and February. Much easier to use in March and April. It seemed like tax rules were not up to date in the beginning and software was not completely debugged.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
