Stop trying to upsell and let me do my taxes

The program itself is good and easy to use but the repeated prompts to upsell are incredibly annoying. If I said no once, respect it and don't badger me about it repeatedly.

Where are the previous years returns?

This year turbo tax required information from last years return, which I did not have... but they should have since I have done my taxes on turbo tax for like the last 5 years... Very aggravating... had to get on the IRS website to retrieve the information before I could file my return!!

The online version needed work in the beginning.

Very difficult and awkward to use in January and February. Much easier to use in March and April. It seemed like tax rules were not up to date in the beginning and software was not completely debugged.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
