Generally I like Turbo Tax. This year was complicated by the fact that your 2025 version would not run on Windows 10. You nearly lost me as a customer over that one. Also had difficulty finding where to enter my work mileage and my HSA contributions. Had to do searches to find these very common items.

Turbo Tax is very good

I wasn't able to file my state tax because I do not have to pay tax on my pension, and there was no allowance for that in your form.

Turbo Tax Is easy to use

All TurboTax wants me to do is pay, pay, and pay..

It continuously asks me to pay more and it is very annoying. The fact that I have to pay in order to get direct deposit is insane. It feels like you just want to squeeze every last dime from us that you can while we're vulnerable because there's thousands of dollars hanging in our face that we are about to get so a $35 deposit fee "doesn't seem like much". I feel like I've been scammed and will look into other services next year.
