This is the most convoluted, difficult, and annoying program I have ever used. You ask the same questions again and again. It is often difficult to find what you need to do next on the page. I spend hours on this stupid return, but the IRS already has ALL of the information needed. So i wasted five hours to tell the IRS what it already knows. I bitterly resent having pay your company because you have spent millions of dollars to lobby congress to not allow direct filing. The IRS could send me a post card with a bill and I could just say "right" or "no that needs changing", instead of answering your stupid questions time and time again. Would NEVER recommend anyone use this program unless absolutely necessary. As for support, your AI is dumber than a two year old, and can only regurgitate what it has heard, which may or may not be true.

WHY, is it that every time I use this software there's more and a more distrust and overwhelming payment filings. I don't want the software to tell me At the end how much this and that will cost. Be transparent. Especially when filling in other state along with federal. The only thing I agree is, it gets it done.

Great for filing. Wasn't a fan of the forced turbotax premium. I recieved a 1099-NEC and I was forced to use premium to file that. The NEC already made my refund plummet, and the premium didn't help.

Would've been great if not for the deception.

Everything was great except the payment process. I wanted to pay with my debit card but the amount that was quoted was not the amount that was attempted on my card so it did not go through. It was attempting to take $7 more dollars than I authorized on my card so I had to choose for it to be taken from my tax return. Even though it wasn't that much over the amount it really didn't sit well with me. Shows no integrity and cost me $40 instead. It definitely took away from the experience.
