Great first impression

This was my first time using Turbo Tax and the experience was very straight forward with the software guiding me throughout the process.
I did require clarity understanding something during the process and was able to schedule a callback with an expert. The response was very quick, just a few minutes.

Really good first experience with TT Online. As long as the price remains reasonable, I will continue to use the online version

Instructions on filling out K1 information was vague. Misunderstanding what was requested caused errors to be flagged on the review. Resulted in a call for support. Autumn was very helpful and understanding. She worked with me to resolve the issue. She had to look up information that was not available to me. She was excellent.
I struggled to find a telephone number or chat option to resolve the issue. TurboTax needs to make contact information available on the screen without having to do a google search for a phone number.

Gets worse instead of better

I would expect TT to get better each year but instead it's getting worse. Features in the past are no longer availiable and I entered data for foreign tax credit, AND I CAN'T FIND THE DATA anymore to edit it. Horrible experience this year and if this continues next year, I am dropping TT. I'm supposed to have 1-1 support per YOUR comparison to other versions, and I only have AI that keeps telling me the same thing and was not helpful. Long time customer and I'm very unhappy.

Smooth- just a little rough

Everything went smoothly except for it kept kicking it back for review- apparently your system has confused the MN State ID Number and the Federal EIN Number. I had to switch them to get my return to go through.
