Great,easy to use product. Would be nice to have running total of owed or refund amount while completing forms.

Easy to use

you hide features and make things difficult to find. There used to be a full step by step menu of every single part of the process and now you obfuscate that. Congratulations on enshitifying an overly complicated product.

Not familiar - used Turbo for ten or fifteen years

One hard to find was my "IP Pin" - pulled 2024 for ID but where is the IP Pin to be found?
Also- hit the wwrong response on the Security tab, and could not go back to correct it?? Worked around it by changing program.

this was easy to use and accurate. Recommend turbo tax to anyone paying an accountant to file! Too easy to do it yourself.

Turbo Tax Online not as friendly as desktop

Desktop Turbotax is so much better than online. I was very disappointed in the guidance offered. There were tax breaks that I knew about that I had to search for. I never had to do this in the desktop version. I was also unale to print my returns until I finalized purchase but I had already paid for e desktop version so that is RIDICULOUS.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
