TurboTax is a time saving way of doing your taxes

I first used TurboTax for my 2004 return when I was self-employed. It really helped me out with the Schedule C portion of that return. I started using it again in 2022 when I no longer qualified for free tax services as a military veteran. My only complaint is this year I had to redo the Federal Taxes to make sure I qualified for the home energy credit, which TurboTax did not query me for even though I had an energy credit a few years ago. Hence, the 4 star rating.

Turbo Tax suck this year

Terrible, takes me in loops. one of the worst experiences of turbo tax ever. I just want to change th way I file the state tax return from e-file to Mail, but it will take a darn wizard to figure it out

I have used Turbo tax for more than 15 years. Love the Featurse, ease of use and accuracy. I also ilke the direct downloads of my financial documents capability to make filing process lot easier.

I felt disconnected without the ability to go between the narrative and the actual forms. If this is incorrect, then my comment is that the ability to go back and forth was not obvious to me. Also I used TT for all of my returns, including the previous for tax year 2024 yet TT seemed to have no record of this.
