Incessant sneaky attempts to Upsell you

The ads for extra help came up 10x which was very annoying, and the max charge being put on the final bill to pay with return was sneaky and not intuitive to remove, and trying to get my data onto all Intuit producs was also sneaky and not easy to avoid. Overall, felt like i was constantly being tricked into paying more and giving my data.

The APP is easy to use. I didn’t quite understand why I needed to upgrade just to access Schedule K because it was an easy form to understand. Nevertheless, I found Turbo to be a great way to do taxes each year.

I have used the desktop experience before, but I think the online version is so much easier and seems to offer more capability

I was forced to pay 170 even though I refused all of their addons, also something is up and doesnt really match as some of my tax credits for the past few years have not been properly added to my taxes

I figured the money I'm paying you my $179. You could have helped a little better with a pen. I had a call I r s to get a pen, and I was declining with my set up three times before I did that.And I was used in my turbotax from last year, with the answers, and I still didn't pass.So that's why I had to call irs
