Turbo Tax is a good product but it can be better

Overall good product if all goes well. My wife and I live in different states, Turbotax can't handle it very well. Need to jump through hoops to get my taxes submitted.

Online Turbo Tax sucks

Have used desktop Turbo Tax Deluxe and Premium for decades. Have suffered through its evolutions from simple intuitive user friendly versions to its current more complicated, repetitive questions and less user friendly versions. But still one was able to navigate and control how to proceed and complete the Tax return. However, this premium online version is by far the worst experience I've gone through in all my years of using Turbo Tax.: user unfriendly, lack of clarity and navigable capabilities. Will never use it again.

Easy but Expensive

It was easy to follow the instruction and navigate through, but the premium package is too expensive. I would have given it a 5 star if it were not that costly.
