Taxes simplified

Simple and easy to follow tax filing. help tab is right there when needed. Explanations are easy to follow. The ease of uploading the documents directly to the filing system is a A+ feature. I did not see any errors when this information is uploaded. It was accurate in my case. The software is compatible to my device and interface is easy to use and follow.

Turbo tax keeps trying to upsell their product

I called 4 times before I ever got a live person on the phone. It was very hard to downgrade to a less expensive plan. Also, kept asking me to upgrade, and found it hard to get past these prompts. Just kept taking me in circles or the screen would not advance until you clicked on the menu tab.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

It shut down unexpectedly once, but overall worked well. I wish it were clearer to find and see and print my actual returns during later process times.

Use Turbo Tax Every Year!

Turbo Tax was great and it walked me through everything I needed to do.....unfortunately I ended up going back and forth with the payment of my federal taxes and the credit from my state taxes. I entered my banking routing and account number a total of 4 times and submitted 4 times. Very confusing because I still do not know if my information went through to my bank correctly.
