Turbo Tax is fantastic

I've used Turbo Tax for the past nine years. It's a great resource and very user friendly. This year I made a slight mistake on the employer ID number {pushed the wrong number.} I e-filed and the return was rejected. I went back into Turbo Tax and it explained why the return was rejected. I checked and corrected the error and refilled. Quick and easy. The only mistake in nine years and easily explained and corrected. A great program.

They need to simplify the instructions. I do own a business and it kept saying I was a business owner. For the price I would like to be confused while filing it out.

I've been using TurboTax for decades now. I started with CD's, then downloads and now online. It's been super useful and acucrate. At the same time, this year's version seemed more disconnected than previous years. Pulling info from my banks was more cumbersome (it appeared that you and the banks - more than one, weren't having a good communication). I had to repeat a few times and inn some forms I had to enter data mannually.

I prefer the interface in the desktop version of turbo tax but online version worked just fine
