Turbo Tax is fast and easy

Easy to use and search box had all the answers. I like the tracker for my refund. The questions were thorough and to the point. HSA info was helpful to my return.

TurboTax is very interactive with helpful information and guidance which helped me to prepare my filing by myself. The software is very upto date, accurate and covers all features and options. It is compatible with any browser. I like the verification process which gives the confidence.

TurboTax should be better for how much it costs

I use TurboTax because I have been using TurboTax for a few years and know how to use it. I don't think it is good. It frequently has errors, especially this year, when it couldn't import any tax info for me from last year.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Didn't file my return

I finished filing but apparently I didn't.... my tax return was not filed! Only when I came back four weeks later to check status did I find it was not filed! I nearly missed the April 15th cutoff due to this, Poor show.

Poorer overall experience than previous years.

Camera feature this year was more complicated than last year and didn't read the photo correctly. Did not download information from Wells Fargo correctly. Back button did not take me to precisely what was on last page. Poorer experience overall compared to previous years.
