Difficult tool and accuracy sometimes fails

I would like to see the actual tax forms as they are being competed as well as the simple version. This way I can avoid past year mistakes with Turbo Tax.

Use it year after year!

Easy to use and file. Saves my data from year to year so I don't have to fill out redundant information year after year.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Too many fees

I don't like that I have to pay more to get a person to look at my forms or that I have to pay more to file my 1099 and there's an additional fee if I don't use Credit Karma, etc. There are far too many fees involved and for all of the money you charge I should be able to feel confident in the process and I do not.

Uploading documents was easy, the features were great. The interface was user friendly with lots of support options to ensure Accuracy and compatibility with each person's situation.
