Online is AWFUL

I have used TurboTax for years. And every year it transfers over information from the previous year and I update or delete it. This yea I used ONLINE and it was AWFUL. NOTHING transferred. It took me extra time to fine all the information and reenter it.

Desktop version better

Does not easily handle excess Roth contribution. Cannot make changes. Menu system on the left side is not complete. Desktop version is better. Does not handle LA form correctly for EV.

2 bugs in web version of Turbo Tax

In more than 30 years of using TurboTax this is the first year I felt completely cheated. I will never use TurboTax again. You had 2 bugs in the web version that you did not fixed so I had to print to file my returns.

Difficult tool and accuracy sometimes fails

I would like to see the actual tax forms as they are being competed as well as the simple version. This way I can avoid past year mistakes with Turbo Tax.
