Online is very clunky.... not good at all.

The AI support is superficial and does not provide enough detail to really help. Tends to be circular and appears not to know the levels (drill down) to get to the solution. I opted for the free upgrade to online but that was a mistake.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Gotten way Worse

On line version was very inferior to desktop versions I have previously used. Especially cumbersome, tedious and repetitive was having to go through many screens repeatedly on returning. Unnecessary waste of time and energy. I will NOT ever use the on line method again. If it becomes a requirement, i will find an alternative product.
