Turbo tax helps alot

Turbo Tax Use Previous Returns Does NOT WORK!

This software was honestly pretty bad overall. The entire purpose of me using turbotax was using my last years return to make the process quicker and it did not work. I mean even the software to write the review is buggy. It was saying that my return from last year could not be imported which is a huge issue. I hope that next year, I can atleast use the online return so taxes do not take me 3 hours.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and always found it helpful and user friendly. But I'm about to find an alternative way to filing because it's way too expensive for a single income household.

Not helpful that I had to pay extra for schedule D. Your Company is treating me badly. I had paid already and you wouldn't let me add 1099B and SCH D will out paying more I am a loyal customer and I feel mistreated by this.
