Online version needs improve user experience

When I switched from TurboTax Desktop to TurboTax Online and imported last year’s tax return, all of the dependent information was missing. This kind of error is very easy to overlook. It might be the reason which caused my tax return got rejected in e-file. I used TurboTax Desktop version which doesn't have this issue.
The online version has a worse user experience than the desktop version. It sometimes jumps back to a previous section while I’m using it.
When I’m writing the review in this window, even basic actions like deleting and inserting text become glitchy—characters get mixed up or deleted incorrectly. This kind of basic bug should be avoided. I’m using Windows.

20 years using Turbotax!

We have been using TurboTax for 20 years and will continue doing so! Everything flows well, the prompts for deductions for personal & business expenses is very helpful, and the ability to ask questions within TT is THE BEST! Less google searches and faster refunds!

This went very well. I hope there are no issues. I am filing deceased father's return. I checked that box at the start of the process but didn't see deceased printed on the return with his name. Fingers crossed...

online vs desktop

Online turbo tax is pretty good but preferred the desktop version. I feel the desktop version asked more pertinent questions.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Your product did not find my 2024 tax return therefore did not import 2024 info. my 2024 return was done on this computer- a problem!!!!!! many terms are not well explained ie. passkey- what is a passkey??? you are constantly trying to sell additional products. Don't you trust your software? Why should I spend additional money if your product is good and accurate- leaves me suspecting your product may not be reliable. Or are you trying to profiteer? Make me not trust Turbo Tax
