Turbo Tax Online was great!

This is the first time I complete with the online version and it was quite simple. The only thing is that with desktop, I can find a copy of the return before filing and with this one, I had to wait until I was ready to file to review.

Frustrating and difficult to use. I much prefer the desktop version. Not very user friendly or intuitive and it failed to import the taxes I paid from document. I almost gave up.

For some reason, this was torture for me this time. I have been usinhg Turbo tax for years, but this time it was awful and painful. Hopefully, next year will be better.

Great accuracy with room to improve AI

I get a lot of help from Gemini. I wish the AI feature of Turbo Tax is as good as Gemini. It would help me move along faster because most of my questions are to clarify wordings. I also hope I can go to any item directly without going through the whole procedure when I want to make some edits. I really appreciate all the calculations done by Turbo Tax and that's why I use Turbo Tax. I haven't seen any accuracy issue and that's great.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
