TurboTax Internet is not as easy as desk top

I've used TurboTax desk top the last several years but had to use the internet version this year. It is much harder to use. I talked to Patrick to get me started. He was very helpful. This is the first time that AI was helpful and I had to ask a lot of questions. AI on other software usually gives very vague answers. TurboTax AI was great.

Not-So-Smooth-Sailing

Much more cumbersome and confusing than I remembered. I did not like the choice of paying $64 to have Turbo Tax file my state return or deleting it. In al the confusion, I believe I didn't have to pay the $64 after all.
Using a different computer this year and not having a tax file to transfer may have added to the confusion and a very lengthy experience.

TurboTax needs better "help"

Was getting an error that I couldn't clear. Instructions via AI were inaccurate. I spent probably an additional 2+ hours trying to figure out what/where this error was being triggered. I was considering clearing out all information and starting over but even had issues finding that option. At the end, the cost I was charged was higher than I was expecting for option I selected. I was not able to get back to the screen with product options to confirm the pricing. Very frustrating process!!!!
