i WAS TOTALLY FRUSTRATED BY THE DATA ENTRY AND CHECKING PROCESS FOR ENTERING THE 1099DIV AND 1099B. THE DOWNLOAD DIDN'T WORK PER THE INSTRRUCTIONS. THE UPLOAD ONLY PARTIUALLY WORKED. EDNDED UP TYPING IT IN. i HAD MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS IN THE SAME INVESTMENT FFOR MY WIFE AND MYSELF AND IT WAS IMPOSSIBLEE TO DETERMINE WHICH WAS CORRECT AND VERIFY THE ENTRY.

Like Desktop Version Better

Used TurboTax for years. Disappointed this version wasn't supported by Windows10 so I had to use the online system and could not download the desktop program to use. Online was more difficult to maneuver and harder to find areas I was looking for.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

The product is helpful. I have used this filing service since 2011. It is the pricing I have an issue with. It was only the CX rep's assistance and the service code which has me considering to continue using your product in the future.

Ridiculous!!!

I find it highly ridiculous that I had to pay a $35 fee for federal jus bc i wanted my return to go to my savings account instead of their money card. Then with the way its set up i had to pay another $35 fee for state for the same thing. Having to pay the over priced $35 was bad enough but having to do it twice is ridiculous.
