Very Helpful Tax Software

I really appreciated being able to call to get help from a live expert. I called twice and each time I received the help I needed. I also really appreciate being able to import information from my investment accounts.

TT Online even better than Desktop

I've been using Desktop TT for >20 years but was unable to do so this year due to my computer still running Windows 10. I have been very pleased with the Online version and actually prefer it now because it does not need to update every time it starts.
I received GREAT support via a phone call to Customer Service (after being on hold for 20 minutes), enabling me to get a "do-over" to switch products and clear and start over. This was critically important because I initially imported the wrong TT return (a state return for my elderly mother).

TurboTax Online is horrible

overall pretty good. but one instance of what appeared to be WRONG advice re: level of allowable 401k contributions. sometimes it feels like you complete something, then are asked for the same information again in a different way. that is annoying.

Not happy with final total cost.

Too many upsells from the first price given. I ended up spending over $350. I many reconsider using Turbotax in the future.
