I have used Turbo Tax many years and overall very efficient for self-filers. Need more interface options with crypto tracking services. Please add CoinTracking to save time as digital assets are far too voluminous for manual tracking and entry. The K-1 partnership entry process is a bit cumbersome but overall everything else is efficient and smooth.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Overall great product - needs some tweaks

Overall I liked the online platform . I loved having the AI chat feature, and it helping to explain things along the way. The areas I have for concern: for the dependent care credit there was not an clarifying question if I was sure I wanted proceed with applying for the credit, since I wasn't claiming my dependent, and perhaps some one else claimed the credit for her. This was rejected twice, because it allowed me to submit without explaining only 1 parent could obtain the credit. Also, the resolution process was incredibly cumbersome, and the instructions were not clear on how to fix, and it didn't take me to where I needed to fix. Also when filling out the dependent care providers, I accidently chose individual and there was no way for me to go back and fix it, I had to delete the entry entirely and start over.
